Who you are

You have a strong background in machine learning and infrastructure, with experience in building and shipping production AI agents. Your familiarity with LLMs and LLM frameworks allows you to contribute effectively to the team. You understand the importance of pragmatism in engineering, knowing when to aim for the ideal solution and when to adjust course based on project needs.

You have a collaborative mindset, having partnered with various teams to drive business outcomes. Your experience in training and deploying machine learning models to production equips you with the skills necessary to solve critical business problems. You are passionate about leveraging data to enhance machine learning capabilities and improve operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and product engineering teams to create a seamless end-to-end experience in building solutions across data, analytics, and AI/ML platforms. You will be responsible for designing and building the next generation of ML infrastructure services, significantly improving ML development velocity and MLOps maturity across the company.

You will engage in the entire ML lifecycle, from data exploration and feature generation to experimentation, training, deploying, and serving ML models. Your contributions will help accelerate the adoption of AI/ML across all parts of Stripe, enabling the company to harness the power of data effectively.
