Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in optimizing revenue outcomes for an online payments business. Your understanding of the payments landscape is complemented by your ability to navigate the complexities of various local payment methods across different cultures and geographies.
You excel in building relationships with financial partners and users, ensuring that the products you manage meet the diverse needs of stakeholders. Your experience includes working with platform or marketplace products, where you have successfully balanced multiple interests to create value for all participants in the ecosystem.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager at Stripe, you will own the relationships with some of the world's largest payment partners, driving the strategy for local payment methods in the EMEA region. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop and enhance payment solutions that significantly improve checkout conversion rates for merchants.
Your role will involve analyzing conversion metrics, costs, and risk trade-offs to inform product decisions. You will lead user research initiatives to gather insights that will shape the development of new payment methods, ensuring they align with market demands and user expectations.
