What you'll do

As a Product Manager within the Banking as a Service team, you will own the development of core APIs and partner integrations that enable users to launch successful card programs and financial features. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver sophisticated financial services products while minimizing technical and operational complexity. Your role will involve conducting user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, as well as defining success metrics to measure the impact of your initiatives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align product roadmaps with business objectives and ensure that the solutions you deliver meet the needs of a diverse range of users, from fintechs to large enterprises. You will also be responsible for prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback and market trends, ensuring that your team remains agile and responsive to changing demands.
