Desirable

Experience with workplace management applications like Envoy, Robin, or Zoom would be a plus. Familiarity with security protocols and best practices is also beneficial, as maintaining a high security bar is a priority at Stripe. What you'll do

As a SaaS Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of various SaaS applications that are critical to Stripe's operations. You will act as a solutions architect, strategizing on the best ways to integrate and optimize these applications for the entire organization. Your role will involve participating in an on-call rotation, addressing any escalations from partner teams, and ensuring that all systems run smoothly. You will work in two-week sprints, collaborating closely with other teams to implement improvements and new features. Your contributions will directly impact how Stripes work together, enhancing collaboration and productivity across the company. You will also be involved in planning and executing projects that require a deep understanding of both technical and operational aspects of SaaS applications.
