Who you are

You have a strong background in strategy and operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are comfortable working with complex data sets and have a high level of proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Your experience includes using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker to present insights effectively. You are skilled in defining metrics for business performance tracking and have a knack for leveraging Generative AI tools to enhance analysis or improve operational processes.

Desirable

Experience in the payments industry or a related field is a plus. You have a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to work autonomously on critical projects and provide data-driven recommendations to cross-functional partners sets you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for enabling the continued growth and operational excellence of Stripe's Connect product line. You will dive into a wide array of problems that drive impact across product, go-to-market, and operations teams. Your analytical insights will help ensure that the Connect organization is well-informed and running efficiently. You will execute with a high degree of autonomy on critical projects, providing data-driven recommendations to cross-functional partners. You will help define the right organizational structure and operating model, lead critical forums, and develop materials to represent the business to senior leadership. You will also deliver objective and opinionated strategies, leveraging market, competitive, and user insights to inform decision-making.
