What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on executing within scalable creative systems, applying automation-ready assets and templates across various customers, formats, and channels. You will work closely with Creative Leads to ensure that the creative output aligns with client expectations and project goals. Your responsibilities will include developing structured systems that facilitate efficient workflows and enhance the overall quality of creative work.

You will collaborate with Project Managers to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions that streamline processes. This may involve creating templates and toolkits that can be reused across different projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency in creative delivery. You will also engage in discussions about how AI can be integrated into creative workflows, contributing your insights and ideas to enhance the team's capabilities.

Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in creative automation and AI integration. You will participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, sharing your knowledge and learning from others to foster a collaborative environment. As you implement new systems and processes, you will gather feedback from team members and clients to continuously improve the creative workflow.
