Who you are

You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and possess strong organizational skills that enable you to manage multiple tasks effectively. Your relevant experience in program management allows you to support the implementation and maintenance of client projects, ensuring compliance and documentation are up to date. You are detail-oriented and can demonstrate knowledge in utilizing project management tools to create and maintain project data accurately.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with Program Managers to assist in the planning and execution of enterprise implementation activities. Your ability to coordinate internal and external resources ensures that projects run smoothly and efficiently. You are eager to learn and grow within the program management field, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the day-to-day activities of Program Management, including ongoing scope and adoption activities for all projects. You will assist in managing the implementation of ClinCard and eClinicalGPS client projects, helping with scope entry and adoption support. Under the guidance of Senior Operations Management, you will help maintain project compliance documentation and support the Business Development Team with deliverables for new Statements of Work (SOWs).

You will partner with Program Managers to complete Request for Proposal (RFP) proposals and draft documentation for bid defenses. Your role will also involve demonstrating best practices in implementation and relationship management, ensuring that all activities align with the company's standards. As you gain experience, you will take on more responsibilities and contribute to special projects as time allows.
