Who you are
You have 7+ years of professional experience in software development, thriving in collaborative environments and taking pride in contributing to team success. You approach development with a product-first mindset, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Your proficiency with our tech stack, including Node.js, Python, JavaScript (TypeScript), Docker, SQL, and AWS (or similar cloud platforms), makes you a strong candidate. Hands-on experience with high-scale systems and production environments is a significant advantage, and a degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
What you'll do
As a Senior Back-End Developer at Sweep, you will play a critical role in shaping the foundation of our innovative platform. You will design and develop core products and features that empower our users to achieve their goals. Partnering closely with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders, you will deliver scalable and impactful solutions. You will participate in all stages of the product development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance. Taking initiative in solving complex technical challenges, you will contribute to the strategic direction of our technology stack, ensuring that our solutions are robust and efficient.
