You are a talented, seasoned researcher with over 2 years of experience in blockchain data analysis — you thrive in collaborative environments and have a strong emphasis on deriving first-principle insights. Your advanced knowledge of SQL, including indexes, subqueries, and profiling, allows you to manipulate and analyze complex datasets effectively. You are proficient in at least one scripting or statistical computing language such as Python or R, and you are familiar with relevant data analytics packages like Pandas and matplotlib.

You have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker, enabling you to present your findings in a clear and impactful manner. You continuously engage in learning and demonstrate a proactive approach to your tasks and responsibilities. Your comfort in engaging with developer communities on platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and Discord showcases your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.

Standout experience includes having been a team lead, mentoring junior analysts, and collaborating with other line-of-business leaders. You possess an advanced understanding of Solana, EVM, and related technical domains, which positions you as a go-to senior researcher within the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on blockchain data, delivering insights that drive strategic decisions. You will work closely with the C-Suite to help surpass the Research function’s KPIs, ensuring that your contributions are aligned with the company's goals. Your ability to ship consistent, high-quality research will be crucial in establishing a cadence of predictable, on-time delivery of best-in-class community research.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data trends and provide actionable insights that inform product development and marketing strategies. Your role will involve mentoring junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team. You will also engage with developer communities to gather feedback and insights that can enhance the company's offerings.
