What you'll do

As a Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for the collections of billed revenue, ensuring that you meet monthly collections targets and weekly cash targets. You will manage remedy tickets for the collections team, resolving them accurately and promptly. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline the collections process. You will play a vital part in maintaining the financial health of the organization by ensuring timely collections and effective communication with customers.
