You possess a deep understanding of SQL and No-SQL databases, which are crucial for managing and analyzing large datasets. Your experience with orchestration platforms like Apache Airflow and data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark is a significant asset, allowing you to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with multidisciplinary teams of algorithm researchers, product managers, and engineers to achieve ML excellence.

What you'll do

As a Staff MLOps Engineer at Taboola, you will play a vital role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining highly scalable machine-learning infrastructures. You will be responsible for supporting ongoing ML projects while ensuring smooth operations and infrastructure reliability. Your role will involve owning a full set of capabilities, from design and planning to implementation and production care, ensuring that the algo platform remains stable and productive.

You will facilitate new platform experimentation within the algo craft, leading the platformization of components that should graduate into production scale. Your collaboration with both the algo craft and infra group will be essential in driving the success of ML initiatives. You will serve as a professional authority in ML engineering and MLOps, guiding your team in best practices and innovative solutions.
