What you'll do
As an AI Engineer at Tailor, you will contribute to the development of the Tailor Platform, which is designed to enable anyone to bring their ideas to life. You will work on creating solutions that integrate various technologies and expertise, aiming to simplify the product creation process for users. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the platform meets the needs of enterprise clients.
What we offer
Tailor offers a competitive salary range of 800,000 to 1,500,000 JPY, with a mission-driven grading system that rewards contributions based on impact rather than tenure. You will enjoy a flexible work schedule under a discretionary labor system, with opportunities for salary revisions twice a year based on performance.
