What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and other Developers to lead the quality improvement efforts of the Tailor Platform. You will design and execute comprehensive test plans that ensure the reliability and performance of the product. Your responsibilities will include developing automated tests using Playwright and maintaining the testing framework to enhance efficiency.

You will also be involved in integrating testing processes into the CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions, ensuring that quality checks are seamlessly incorporated into the development workflow. Your role will require you to analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

As part of your duties, you will document testing processes and results in JIRA and Confluence, contributing to the knowledge base of the team. You will participate in sprint planning and retrospectives, providing insights on quality metrics and areas for improvement.
