What you'll do

As the Business Intelligence Engineer Manager, you will lead a team of five BI professionals, overseeing the development and implementation of scalable and reliable analytics systems. You will play a critical role in advancing Talkiatry's data strategy, ensuring that analytics support informed decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that data is aligned with the company's mission and accessible to all stakeholders.

You will guide your team in following modern analytics engineering best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of BI initiatives and enhancing the overall data strategy of Talkiatry.
