Job Description
Who you are
You are an experienced licensed Therapist, including social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs). You understand the challenges faced by both patients and clinicians in accessing quality mental health care, and you are committed to providing responsible and human-centered treatment. You have a strong background in mental health practices and are passionate about making care accessible to those in need.
You possess the necessary licensure to practice in Idaho and have experience working in diverse clinical settings. You are adept at building rapport with patients and creating a safe environment for them to discuss their mental health concerns. Your approach is empathetic, and you are skilled in various therapeutic modalities that cater to individual patient needs.
What you'll do
At Talkiatry, you will be part of a national mental health practice dedicated to transforming psychiatry. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality mental health care to patients, ensuring they receive the support they need. You will collaborate with a team of providers to develop treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's unique circumstances. You will also engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.
You will work closely with patients to assess their mental health needs and provide appropriate therapeutic interventions.
