What you'll do

As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer at Tapcart, you will take ownership of our component library and UI blocks, delivering features that are used by millions of shoppers daily. You will design, ship, and maintain a reusable, type-safe React/Next.js component system, ensuring that it is scalable and extensible. Your role will involve prototyping new UI and features in weekly sprints, validating them with live merchants, and iterating to release updates to thousands of apps.

You will optimize the performance of our applications by focusing on bundle size, server-side rendering, and client-side performance. Additionally, you will ensure that our applications comply with WCAG standards, making them accessible to all users. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will surface new building blocks and contribute to the next generation of AI-enhanced productivity for mobile app development.
