What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at TaxBit, you will spend approximately half of your time working directly with clients, providing them with deep technical guidance on our platform. You will collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, helping them implement our solutions effectively. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, offering best practices, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with their experience.

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will also engage in core platform engineering tasks. This includes contributing to the development and enhancement of Taxbit's SaaS platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our clients and adheres to industry standards. You will work closely with internal teams to gather feedback from clients and translate that into actionable improvements for the platform.
