Who you are
As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you are dedicated to delivering an incredible customer experience, especially for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are flexible with your schedule, ready to work early mornings, weekends, and evenings during peak times. Your passion for customer service drives you to greet customers warmly and assist them with product knowledge and sales.
You understand the importance of maintaining a well-organized stockroom and ensuring that the sales floor is always ready for customers. Your attention to detail helps you support the store team with receiving shipments and preparing products for display. You are a team player who contributes to a positive store atmosphere and supports your colleagues in achieving sales goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and demonstrating superior product knowledge. You will assist customers throughout their shopping experience, ensuring they feel valued and informed. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, selling products, managing the cash wrap, restocking items, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. You will also support the store leadership team by communicating shipment information and helping to organize the stockroom efficiently.
During the busy Rodeo Season, your role will be crucial in creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will be expected to adapt to high-volume periods and maintain a positive attitude while assisting customers. This temporary position offers the opportunity to showcase your skills and potentially transition into a permanent Sales Associate role based on performance and business needs.
