What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the visual identity of Tekion across all digital channels, ensuring that our brand standards are upheld in every piece of communication. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and communication teams to develop designs that effectively connect with our audience. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining design systems that ensure consistency across various platforms. You will lead design projects from concept to execution, providing guidance and feedback to your team to maintain high-quality standards. As a mentor, you will help develop the skills of junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
