What you'll do

As the Lead Product Manager at Tekion, you will take ownership of the product roadmap, focusing on key areas such as audit logging, roles and permissions, and collaboration features. You will lead the design and delivery of audit logs, ensuring end-to-end ownership that includes event capture, tamper-proof storage, and rich reporting capabilities. Your role will involve defining and evolving granular role-based access control (RBAC) for users and complex partner scenarios, enhancing the security and usability of the platform.

You will also be responsible for defining the notifications and notes features, ensuring they meet user needs and enhance collaboration across the automotive retail ecosystem. Your hands-on approach will involve working closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the overall product vision.

In addition to your product responsibilities, you will engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, continuously iterating on the product to improve user experience. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Tekion's platform, driving innovation and ensuring that the product remains at the forefront of the automotive industry.
