You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in satellite communications or related technology sectors. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and timelines sets you apart. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for creating effective sales tools that support product launches.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of user terminal type approval and certification processes for Telesat Lightspeed's Low Earth Orbit satellite network. You will work closely with engineering teams to define test procedures and ensure that user terminal technology meets the needs of enterprise and government customers. Your responsibilities will include managing third-party vendors and ensuring that all technical specifications are met.

You will also be responsible for creating and supporting user terminal sales tools, which will involve collaborating with the sales team to understand customer needs and market trends. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings to ensure Telesat remains a leader in satellite communications.
