What you'll do
As the Senior Engineering Manager for Cloud Enablement, you will lead a team responsible for extending the Temporal OSS replication stack — your role involves overseeing the development of features that enhance the capabilities of Temporal Cloud, including high availability namespaces and automated failover mechanisms. You will actively participate in system design discussions and ensure that your team adheres to best practices in software development.
You will mentor and develop your team members, helping them grow their technical skills and advance their careers — your leadership will be crucial in creating an environment where engineers feel empowered to innovate and take ownership of their work.
