Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Replication Foundations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing key components of Temporal's replication stack. This includes developing features that support high availability and enable seamless migration of workloads between self-hosted and cloud environments. You will work on scalability and reliability mechanisms that are critical for Temporal's operations at large scale.

You will collaborate with other engineers to enhance the core functionalities of Temporal OSS, ensuring that the system can handle increasing loads and provide a reliable foundation for developers. Your role will involve writing high-quality code, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers to foster their growth.

You will also engage with the open-source community, gathering feedback and contributions that can help shape the future of Temporal. Your insights will be valuable in refining the product and ensuring it meets the needs of developers worldwide.
