Your experience includes designing and implementing web applications, and you are comfortable mentoring junior engineers to help them grow in their roles. You have experience with AWS and are familiar with building applications that leverage cloud infrastructure. Your knowledge of React allows you to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces that improve the overall developer experience. You are passionate about simplifying complex processes and are always looking for ways to optimize workflows for your team. You are also committed to adhering to legal and ethical standards when handling sensitive information.
What you'll do
As a Senior Software Engineer on the DevX team, you will be a thought leader and key contributor, independently designing and implementing features that enhance the developer experience at Tempus. You will mentor junior peers, providing guidance through code reviews and ensuring adherence to industry best practices. You will own and maintain existing web applications and core UI libraries, regularly providing support to internal customers and creating training sessions to help them utilize these tools effectively. Your role will involve collaborating closely with designers to build consistent experiences at scale, ensuring that the tools you create not only meet technical requirements but also delight users.
