What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Cloud Security at Tenable, you will be the full tech owner of your team’s products — you will lead code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the quality of the codebase is maintained. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, helping them to grow their skills and advance their careers.

You will collaborate with product managers to define the roadmap for your team, aligning product development with business goals and customer needs. Your role will involve overseeing the technical direction of your projects, ensuring that your team is equipped to tackle the challenges of developing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.

You will engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, using this information to inform product enhancements and new features. Your ability to translate customer needs into actionable development tasks will be crucial in driving the success of your team’s initiatives.
