Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, particularly in the healthcare finance sector, where you've developed a deep understanding of financial and operational analytics. Your expertise in Electronic Health Record (EHR) reporting allows you to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights that can drive significant improvements for customers.

You are proficient in SQL and have experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau, enabling you to create interactive reports and dashboards that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail ensure that you can curate and organize data sets efficiently, making you a valuable asset to any team.

You possess strong collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively with both internal teams and customers. You understand the importance of customer engagement and are adept at preparing materials for presentations that facilitate ongoing discussions and insights sharing.

You are passionate about using data to improve healthcare outcomes and have a track record of identifying opportunities for operational enhancements. Your ability to develop predictive models and self-service products demonstrates your commitment to empowering users with the tools they need to succeed.

Desirable

What you'll do

In your role as a Senior Data Analyst at Tendo, you will be responsible for the creation and enhancement of financial and operational analytics that support our customers in the healthcare sector. You will leverage your expertise in EHR reporting to synthesize data and provide insights that can drive meaningful change.

You will curate data sets and organize information to develop and maintain data extracts, interactive reports, and dashboards. Your work will involve collaborating closely with the Tendo team and customers to ensure that the analytics provided meet their needs and expectations.

You will also be tasked with preparing materials for presentations to customers, facilitating ongoing engagement, and ensuring that they understand the insights derived from the data. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our customers and the overall effectiveness of our team.
