What you'll do

As a Wellness Associate, you will engage with patients and caregivers, guiding them through the process of selecting cannabis products that suit their individual needs. You will educate customers on the benefits, effects, potency, dosing, and methods of consumption, ensuring they have the information necessary to make informed decisions. Your role will involve providing friendly and professional service, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors to the dispensary.

You will work closely with a diverse team, collaborating to enhance the overall patient experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and work tactically will be essential in addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
