You have a strong background in security operations, with hands-on experience in incident response and vulnerability management. You understand the importance of speed and clarity in security operations, and you thrive in environments where you can make a tangible impact. Your technical expertise allows you to lead a team effectively, ensuring that security risks are detected and mitigated promptly.
You possess a deep understanding of security information and event management (SIEM) systems and have experience implementing endpoint security measures. Your ability to analyze security incidents and develop strategies for improvement is a key strength. You are also familiar with the latest trends in security technology, particularly in automation and AI-driven solutions.
What you'll do
As the Security Operations Manager at Teya, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of security operations. This includes leading incident response efforts and managing the security operations center (SOC) to ensure that security threats are addressed swiftly and effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance Teya's security posture and implement best practices in vulnerability management.
You will be responsible for evolving the SOC into an AI-first, automation-driven operation, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will involve mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the security operations team. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that security considerations are integrated into all aspects of Teya's operations.
