You have a strong background in DevSecOps practices, with at least 5 years of experience in embedding security into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments. Your expertise in AWS and Docker allows you to build and operate internal security tooling that enhances secure delivery at scale. You understand the importance of automation and low-friction developer experiences, and you are skilled in creating high-quality security feedback loops that empower developers.

You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with developers to integrate security seamlessly into their workflows. Your experience with Kubernetes and Terraform enables you to manage infrastructure as code effectively, ensuring that security is a priority from the ground up. You are proactive in identifying potential security risks and implementing solutions that mitigate them.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are passionate about fostering a culture of security awareness within the organization and are committed to continuous learning and improvement in your field.

Desirable

Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like GitLab CI or Jenkins for continuous integration. You may also have experience with monitoring and logging tools that enhance security visibility across the development lifecycle.

What you'll do
