What you'll do

As a Podcast Manager, you will lead the entire process of managing podcast episodes, from initial outreach to final distribution. You'll respond to outreach and answer guests' questions, securing their participation in our show while ensuring they feel welcomed and informed. Coordinating between guests and clients will be a key part of your role, which includes creating prep materials, formulating questions, and scheduling recordings. You will collaborate closely with content writers, editors, video producers, and graphic designers to create all necessary episode collateral, ensuring that each episode is polished and professional. Once episodes are recorded, you will upload them to our hosting platform and distribute them to major platforms like Apple and Spotify, as well as clients' websites. Your role is crucial in delivering a seamless experience that adds value to our clients' target customers and enhances their engagement with our content.
