What you'll do

As a Senior Recruiter at The Farmers Dog, you will lead the full-life cycle recruiting process for various positions within the company. You will partner with key leaders to strategically source and attract outstanding talent, ensuring that the recruitment process aligns with the company's mission and values. You will build and deliver an outstanding candidate experience, representing the company positively in the market.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that meet the needs of the business. This includes creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to candidates. You will also work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

In addition to your recruitment responsibilities, you will play a key role in promoting the company's culture and values to potential candidates. You will participate in employer branding initiatives and help create a positive image of The Farmers Dog in the job market. Your efforts will contribute to building a strong team that supports the company's mission of improving pet health and care.

What we offer

The Farmers Dog offers a competitive salary range of $108,000—$125,000 USD, along with equity ownership in the company.
