What you'll do
As an Engineering Manager at Theodo, your primary mission will be to oversee the quality of the products developed by your tech leads, focusing on stability, security, and speed. You will work closely with your team to ensure that the technical sponsor's satisfaction is met by guiding the tech leads in designing EPICs that deliver maximum value. Your role will involve fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging your team to embrace new technologies and methodologies. You will also be responsible for conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to help your team members grow in their careers.
