What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Theodo HealthTech, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative digital medical devices tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals and patients. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure that the solutions you create are user-friendly and effective.

You will take ownership of both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring that the applications you build are robust, scalable, and maintainable. Your role will involve writing clean, efficient code, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

You will also participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives, and helping to refine the product backlog. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the direction of our projects and ensuring that we meet our clients' needs effectively.
