What you'll do

As an Associate Product Manager at Theodo GovTech, you will play a crucial role in the product development lifecycle. You will assist in drafting concept papers that outline the societal issues at hand and help determine the product's positioning during the discovery phase. You will participate in workshops and collaborate with the Lead Product Manager to construct a product architecture that identifies key EPICs for development.

You will engage with clients, including ministries and public operators, to understand their needs and ensure that the digital products we develop are accessible and beneficial to society. Your responsibilities will include conducting user interviews and market research to gather valuable insights that will guide product decisions. You will also support the team in defining success metrics and tracking progress throughout the product lifecycle.
