You have a strong background in Site Reliability Engineering with a focus on cloud infrastructure β you've led projects that involve building and migrating systems from scratch, ensuring they are scalable and secure. Your expertise in Kubernetes and Terraform allows you to automate processes and implement best practices in DevOps. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment, where you partner with Project Managers and other engineers to deliver impactful solutions for clients.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset β you can assess technical challenges and devise effective solutions that align with business objectives. Your experience in DevSecOps practices ensures that security is integrated into every aspect of the infrastructure you build. You are passionate about continuous improvement and enjoy mentoring junior engineers to help them grow in their careers.
What you'll do
As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Theodo, you will be responsible for defining the technical strategy for various projects, focusing on building resilient and secure infrastructures. You will collaborate closely with SREs and Project Managers to ensure that the solutions you implement meet client needs and drive business growth.
