What you'll do

In this role, you will be the go-to person for delivering text and NLP capabilities — your primary focus will be on analyzing qualitative customer insights from various sources, including support tickets and research interviews. You will collaborate closely with product managers to identify opportunities for machine learning applications and drive experiments that yield valuable insights.

You will work with engineering teams to implement and ship solutions that enhance the customer experience — your ability to quickly iterate on ideas and test them in real-world scenarios will be crucial. You will also be responsible for documenting your findings and sharing knowledge with your team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Your contributions will directly impact TheyDo's mission to make journey management the most powerful business tool in the world — you will help align teams around customer needs and empower smarter decision-making across the organization.
