Overview

Thumbtack is hiring an Application Support Analyst II to provide application support to end-users globally. You'll work with systems like Salesforce and Genesys to troubleshoot and improve efficiencies. This role requires strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Who you are

You have experience in application support and are comfortable troubleshooting issues for end-users across various teams. You are familiar with systems such as Salesforce, Genesys, and ObserveAI, and you have a knack for problem-solving and improving efficiencies. You are adaptable and reliable, always looking for ways to enhance the user experience and ensure the security of tools and applications.

Desirable

Experience with additional internal tools and a background in customer support can be beneficial. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn and grow within the role. You understand the importance of being approachable and smart in your interactions with users.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of global helpdesk tickets, ensuring that user issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with other teams to identify chronic or systemic issues and collaborate on solutions to prevent future occurrences. Your responsibilities will include updating required software components and providing application support for our suite of internal tools. You will be instrumental in lessening roadblocks for users and improving overall efficiencies within the organization.

You will also engage with users to understand their needs and gather feedback on the tools they use. This feedback will be crucial in driving improvements and ensuring that the applications meet user expectations.
