You are familiar with systems such as Salesforce, Genesys, and ObserveAI, and you have a knack for problem-solving and improving efficiencies. What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of global helpdesk tickets, ensuring that user issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with other teams to identify chronic or systemic issues and collaborate on solutions to prevent future occurrences. Your responsibilities will include updating required software components and providing application support for our suite of internal tools. You will be instrumental in lessening roadblocks for users and improving overall efficiencies within the organization.
