What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Tide, you will lead the engineering delivery of our subscriptions platform, overseeing the technical direction and execution of systems that power subscription creation, pricing, and lifecycle management. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the platform meets the needs of our users across multiple markets.

You will be responsible for building and nurturing a high-performing engineering team, conducting regular one-on-ones, and providing constructive feedback to help team members grow. You will also play a key role in hiring new talent, ensuring that we bring in individuals who align with our company values and culture.

In addition to team management, you will be involved in strategic planning and execution, working with senior leadership to define the technical roadmap for the subscriptions platform.
