Who you are

You are detail-oriented and have a strong ability to communicate effectively in both German and English. You thrive in a non-call center environment, preferring to engage with members through chat and email. Your experience in data verification and customer support makes you a perfect fit for this role. You understand the importance of compliance and are committed to ensuring that all member data is accurate and up to date.

You are comfortable conducting in-depth online research and have a knack for assessing transaction activities. Your analytical skills allow you to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and are dedicated to providing excellent service to our members.

What you'll do

In this role, you will communicate with active members to assist them with their inquiries and verify their documentation as part of the company's Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes. You will conduct full account reviews on existing members, ensuring that all data is accurate and compliant with regulations. Your responsibilities will include performing thorough online research on companies and entities related to our members, as well as reviewing and assessing transaction activities to identify any discrepancies.

You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all verification processes are followed and that members receive timely responses to their inquiries. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our member data and ensuring that Tide continues to provide exceptional service to SMEs.
