What you'll do
As the Procurement Manager at Tide, you will report directly to the Head of Procurement and take on a highly visible role within the organization. You will lead procurement activities for Tide's largest operational base, ensuring that the organization achieves the best possible commercial outcomes. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with Tide's business objectives, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing contract negotiations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and regulations. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing procurement performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiencies. Your role will require you to stay informed about market trends and industry best practices to ensure that Tide remains competitive in its procurement activities. You will play a key role in managing third-party risks and ensuring that all suppliers meet Tide's standards for quality and compliance.
