Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with a strong background in designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure. Your expertise in Kubernetes allows you to manage container orchestration effectively, ensuring high availability and performance of applications. You are proficient in AWS services and understand how to leverage them for optimal cloud solutions. Your experience with Docker enables you to create and manage containerized applications seamlessly. You have a solid understanding of security best practices in cloud environments and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet their needs.
Desirable
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code tools is a plus. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools will help you ensure the reliability of the systems you build. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing requirements while maintaining a focus on quality and performance.
What you'll do
As a Senior Cloud Engineer at Tide, you will play a crucial role in designing and building the core infrastructure platform that supports Tideβs global operations. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that the cloud platform meets their needs and integrates seamlessly with existing systems. Your responsibilities will include evolving the Kubernetes-based deployment platform and rolling it out to new markets. You will collaborate with the Information Security team to ensure that all cloud solutions adhere to security standards and best practices. Additionally, you will participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
