Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in test automation and DevOps, with a strong background in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines — you've successfully implemented automated testing frameworks that enhance software quality and speed up delivery cycles. Your expertise in Kubernetes and Docker allows you to create robust testing environments that mirror production, ensuring that applications perform reliably under load.
You are proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Python, which you use to develop automated tests and tools — your ability to write clean, maintainable code is complemented by your understanding of software development best practices. You have experience with cloud platforms like AWS, enabling you to leverage cloud resources for scalable testing solutions.

You are comfortable using tools like Git and Jenkins for version control and continuous integration, ensuring that your contributions are seamlessly integrated into the development workflow.
You have a strong understanding of infrastructure as code principles, utilizing tools like Terraform and Ansible to automate environment provisioning and configuration management — your approach to infrastructure is systematic and efficient, reducing manual errors and improving deployment speed.
You are familiar with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, which you use to automate functional and regression testing — your attention to detail ensures that you catch issues early in the development process, contributing to a culture of quality within the team.
You are committed to continuous learning and improvement, always seeking to enhance your skills and knowledge in the ever-evolving field of software testing and DevOps — you believe in sharing your insights with colleagues to foster a culture of growth and innovation.
What you'll do
As a Senior TestOps Engineer at Tigera, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing quality gates that ensure the reliability and performance of our software products — you will design and develop automated testing frameworks that integrate seamlessly into our CI/CD pipelines, enabling developers to ship code with confidence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop strategies that align with our product goals.
You will build and maintain high-performance infrastructure for automated tooling, leveraging your expertise in Kubernetes and Docker to create testing environments that replicate production conditions — your work will directly impact the speed and quality of our software releases, helping us deliver exceptional value to our customers.
You will mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge of best practices in test automation and DevOps — your leadership will help cultivate a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team. You will also participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure that our codebase remains clean and maintainable.
You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking ways to enhance our testing processes and tools — your proactive approach will help us stay ahead of the curve in a competitive market. You will also contribute to the documentation of testing processes and frameworks, ensuring that knowledge is shared and accessible to all team members.
