What you'll do

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for enhancing the performance and scalability of Tines' backend job processing engine. You will collaborate closely with other engineers to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of a diverse range of customers. Your input will be crucial in shaping the technical direction of the product, and you will have the opportunity to influence the engineering culture within the organization. You will also engage in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the overall growth of the engineering team.
