What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Traackr, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our influencer marketing platform. You will design and implement new features that optimize user engagement and streamline marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers and designers to translate user requirements into technical specifications. You will also be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from initial design through to deployment and maintenance.

You will utilize GenAI tools to accelerate delivery and apply an experimentation mindset to validate outcomes. This includes versioning and evaluating changes, measuring impact with data, and building observability and regression checks to maintain high quality as systems evolve. You will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our clients, helping them achieve their marketing goals through effective influencer management.
