What you'll do
As a Senior Backend Engineer at Traba, you will partner closely with the CTO to make key architectural decisions and iterate on the product roadmap. You will own product decisions and architect the foundational tech platform that will enable scaling over the next several years. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing backend services that support autonomous, orchestrated multi-agent AI workflows. You will ensure that the backend systems are robust, scalable, and efficient, allowing Traba to connect businesses with vetted workers effectively. You will also be involved in code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that solve significant challenges in the light industrial labor market.
