What you'll do

As a Frontend Engineer at Traba, you will be instrumental in building the core suite of products that connect businesses with vetted workers. You will collaborate closely with the CTO to own product decisions and iterate on the product roadmap. Your responsibilities will include architecting and building the foundational tech platform, ensuring that the applications you develop are not only functional but also deliver an exceptional user experience. You will work on both mobile apps for workers and web platforms for business customers, focusing on delivering high-quality products that address the needs of the light industrial labor market.

You will engage in discussions about design and functionality with UX designers, ensuring that the user interface is intuitive and meets the needs of users. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the development process. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in frontend development, allowing you to bring innovative solutions to the team.
