What you'll do

In this role, you will rapidly prototype designs to facilitate team evaluation and alignment, ensuring that your designs meet both user needs and business goals. You will develop and refine user experiences within our mobile and web applications, driving the development and evolution of our design system. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will co-author design components that are scalable and technically relevant, ensuring consistency across all products. Your inventive problem-solving skills will be crucial as you tackle diverse design challenges, whether through software, hardware, or creative hacks. You will play a key role in transforming the staffing industry by designing solutions that address the unique challenges of the light industrial sector.
