What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the core systems that convert production alerts into actionable investigations and root cause analyses. You will architect and build the alert pipeline using Python, ensuring that the system is robust and capable of handling high volumes of data. Your responsibilities will include designing key systems for alert ingestion, context enrichment, and hypothesis orchestration, all aimed at enhancing the efficiency of production decision-making.

You will collaborate closely with the founding team to define the technical direction of the project, ensuring that the systems you build align with the company's vision. Your hands-on approach will involve coding, testing, and iterating on the systems you develop, as well as mentoring junior engineers as the team grows. You will also engage in regular discussions about system performance and optimization, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
