You have a strong background in accounting with expertise in HGB and IFRS standards — your experience includes managing financial statements and ensuring compliance with national and EU-level regulatory reporting. You are detail-oriented and possess a deep understanding of financial accounting principles, which allows you to maintain the integrity of financial data.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and execute period-end closings, ensuring compliance with HGB, RechKredV, and applicable IFRS standards. You will prepare, review, and analyze statutory and management financial statements, maintaining complex general ledger accounts, including accruals and provisions. Your responsibilities will also include leading bank, accounts payable/receivable, and balance sheet reconciliations.

You will ensure compliant accounting treatment and documentation under HGB and IFRS, while managing regulatory reporting obligations such as AWV reporting and IFD/IFR regulatory reporting. Additionally, you will coordinate annual audits and communicate effectively with auditors to facilitate the audit process.
