Desirable

Experience in the travel or SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with automation tools and processes. A background in finance or accounting can also be beneficial in understanding the nuances of billing and VAT.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at TravelPerk, you will take ownership of the Billing (VAT) product area, leading the development and enhancement of features that streamline billing processes for our users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

You will conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions, ensuring that our billing solutions meet the needs of our diverse customer base. You will analyze product performance metrics and use insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks, ensuring that development aligns with the overall product vision. You will also coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies and product launches.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a product roadmap that reflects business priorities and customer needs. You will lead sprint planning sessions and facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product development lifecycle.
